The team at our home office provides support to the centers throughout Texas, Oklahoma, and Colorado.

How We Support

Our Intake team is the first point of contact for our families inquiring about ABA services. They serve the unique needs, questions, timing, and concerns of each family by personalizing the experience. Authorizations team's function is to monitor and track client authorizations and ensure payment for services by verifying benefits with insurance providers or other third-party payers.

Our team's key responsibility is to manage the full accounts payable cycle from receipt of invoices to payment; including coding invoices, obtaining approval, and entering the invoices into the accounting system.

This team focuses primarily on reviewing and assessing insurance denials or returned claims, alongside processing claims and resolving outstanding accounts receivable.

Our credentialing team is responsible for organizing, maintaining, and verifying all aspects of the credentialing process for our providers and support staff by processing initial and re-credentialing applications.

The training team is responsible for designing, developing, and coordinating materials for all clinical positions - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Clinical Operations Manager (COM), Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), and Therapist.

HR department initiatives support the business in maintaining a highly engaging culture, motivating employees, and supporting team members in identifying, developing, and retaining their employees.

Responsible for developing marketing and services policies, programs, and systems to support the direction and alignment of business plans with the company’s objectives. Partners with our management team to ensure the best possible service and effective communications with our clients and customers.

Plan and implement day-to-day logistics, while improving processes to establish efficient client care.
