A behavior therapist/technician will receive intensive training and guidance. One of the primary goals of this position is to develop foundational skills that will help provide quality care to clients.
Continuous progression through the 3 stages requires 6-9 months of experience possessing knowledge and application of ABA principles. RBT II goes above and beyond their daily responsibilities. RBT III’s are willing to travel to other centers to cover shifts.
9+ months of experience and serve as a topic expert for New Hire RBT Training. Is an example of an in-therapy role model for staff on best clinical practices.
12+ months of experience and provide Client Support (under the BCBA’s supervision). Present an initiative that adds value to clinic performance, appearance, or culture. Goes above and beyond in their daily responsibilities.
The primary purpose of a Sr. RBT is to support the center and act as a resource for other therapists and RBTs. They will also support the BCBAs with client program updates and material preparation.
Provides staff training. Manage therapy teams and ensure best practices. COM will receive mentorship and coaching from BCBAs, Direct & Indirect supervision hours, and hands-on experience with assessment reports and client programming.
Manages and ensures the smooth running of BI’s daily operations and overall growth of the treatment center.
